1.准备食材:猪皮、排骨

2.刮掉附在猪皮上的油脂

4.烧开适量水,加上一汤匙盐、放入姜片,猪皮放入锅中煮10分钟左右

8.取出冰糖、南乳

14.遮上锅盖,大火煮开后调成中火焖35分钟左右

15.焖至酱汁剩下少许,调入盐、鸡粉、翻炒均匀、起锅
小窍门&温馨提示
猪皮上的油脂要仔细刮干净,这样吃起来更健康。用盐水和姜水焯煮一下猪皮可以去除异味和油脂。排骨先煸炒两面焦黄色后才下猪皮同焖,可以达到食材同时熟透。
